Skull Smash can not be responsible for delays or seizures of packages to international customers. We have no recourse of action with other nation's Customs Agencies or Postal Agencies. Please realize, while it is very infrequent and unlikely to happen, your package has the potential of being held up or not delivered by your nation's appropriate agencies. If you didn't arrange secured and insured shipping ahead of time with Skull Smash, and pay the associated shipping fees with that, and if your country doesn't allow insured international deliveries, then please understand that Skull Smash has no recourse and can not be responsible, can not reimburse or resend a replacement order without full costs. It is a rare and unlikely occurrence that something like this happens, but we need to inform you of our policy. Thank you.

Skull Smash cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or returned packages, that are the fault of the postal or carrier services, or due to the customer providing inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Replaced orders, and re-shipped orders due to inaccurate addresses, will have to be at the expense of the customer. If a customer wants their package shipped with insurance, that will need to be pre-arranged with us.
